Had a leak in my shower that was causing water to drip through my ceiling downstairs. Responded immediately to my phone call, got me in next day for an estimate and was able to do the repair right away! Would definitely use them again!

This company is by far the best around. After weeks of dealing with repair companies not to mention the cost ,which, no one will come out to give and estimate free. I called Flow Pros and someone actually answered the phone. I explained the situation to Donnie and he made the time that day to come meet with me . He knew immediately what and where the problem was. No fee either. And was here within few days to fix it. Come to find out after all this time ,it was my leech beds. Him and his crew came out and I was up and running again in a day. No price gouging, no unnecessary work or material. The other companies had me replacing things that didn't need replacing. They even tolerated my dogs helping them. Donnie and his crew , I have to say. went above and beyond. I just cannot say to much good things about them.There simply not enough space to write all that they did. I would very highly recommended them! I will use them again for my plumbing problems. I got in touch with flowpros after the drain in my basement started backing up. Despite it being 9pm when I contacted them they were very prompt in getting back to me and able to get me on the schedule the next morning. Before arriving they let me know who would be coming to my house and notified me when they were in their way. The two gentlemen that came out were so kind, attentive, and respectful. I appreciate how well they listened to what was going on and that they were upfront about the issues and cost. Compared to other plumbing services I've used in the past they were so much more professional! I would not hesitate to use them again for any further plumbing needs or recommend them to friends in family. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much!

Not enough good things to say about these guys. They were awesome! Had a clogged kitchen sink I'd been fighting with for over a week before I caved and asked for help. FLOWPROS was recommended to me by a friend. I gave them a call and they had me on the schedule right then and there. Rod and Manny came out and did a thorough inspection and were able to unclog the drain with no issues. Very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Honestly, made the whole process as smooth as possible.

They were able to come out same day and was even earlier than expected. Did great work. Unclogged the tub drain and replaced some old galvanized pipes from tub to the trap. Replaced the trap and small piece of pipe from trap. This will make it easier for me for any future clogs to access myself and snake out if necessary. They were very polite and professional, up front with costs that was spot on and reasonable. I would highly recommend them. They didn't leave any mess. I'm overall a very satisfied customer. Will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing problems.

The workers were friendly and hard working. They got the whole job done in one day, even though it required them staying until way after the normal work day. The new driveway drain is great! It poured yesterday and it was wonderful to see the water go down the drain instead of in our garage. Great work!

My water heater went out on Friday afternoon. I called FlowPros Saturday morning and Thomas was here by 10a.m. took a little while, but the job was done and done well! My new water heater does a wonderful job. I didn't realize how bad my old one was getting.

Flow Pros arrived several hours earlier than the estimated time (they called first to ensure it was ok). They quickly located and fixed the problem while explaining everything to me. Used this company numerous times. Could have gotten next day service if I hadn't had to work, but came the following day. They were later than scheduled appointment time but did contact me to let me know. Very personable service man, cleaned up after himself and very pleasant. Really not sure if price is good as I don't look elsewhere. They have done excellent by me and I will continue to use them when necessary.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Great service. Would highly recommend. Sent confirmation On appointment time and date. Sent confirmation on morning of service date. Let me know when service tech was on his way. Thomas was very knowledgeable and took time to explained what the issue was and how to fix it. Was very respectful and make sure everything was cleaned up. Call late Friday afternoon and was set up for appointment Saturday by 1pm. Nice to find a company in post Covid that follows though on they say going to do and do it totally professionally.

Came out on Saturday to fix my toilet flange. Young gentleman showed up on time and did a nice job for a price that was cheaper than I expected. I would definitely use this company again!! Nice job flow-pros! I was on call at a previous job, and I know what's it's like to drop what your doing and go to work on Saturday. Keep up the good work

Scheduling was very fast, next day appointment for a clogged main line in my sump pump. Thomas was polite and efficient after he arrived. He wore protective booties each time he entered my home and I was appreciative of that. Will use FlowPros again!

I called around comparing quotes, by far their pricing was the most reasonable/affordable! They are a honest business from scheduling up to working on your property. We are very satisfied, and who wouldn't be when you save time and money- and have workers that are descriptive within the process!

I hired Donnie and his crew from Flow Pros to close off 2 septic and hook me up to city sewer. Donnie is very professional (as is his crew). He knows exactly what needs to be done and explains what to expect. Prices are great. I highly recommend them to do any and all services he provides. I cant say enough good things about this company! We discovered a leak in our pipe late Thursday night. I messaged them and heard back 5 minutes later. They gave me an appointment for the very next morning! They were very easy to communicate with, on time, clean, affordable, and professional. So glad I found them! I will definitely use them for any projects in the future!

Having water seeping into my basement I called FlowPRo to see if the problem was a clogged French drain where my downspout directs water from the roof. They were on-time, polite. courteous and by examining the drain with a camera determined the problem lay elsewhere. Thank you SO MUCH. I really appreciate your time and expertise.

My basement drain backed up every time I showered or washed clothes, so I thought the main drain might be clogged from recent rain. I called and they were able to come out the next day while at least 4 other companies could not come out for at least a week if not a few weeks. Manny arrived in time and took a few minutes to speak with my father about the issues. They checked the septic and it was full and the leech well had nothing in it. Stated the septic needs pumped before sewage backs up into house and leech well might be clogged from previous trees being in the area. No service charge!! Will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend!!!
